By using the services of European T10 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "europeant10.org"), you automatically Terms & Conditions you are deemed to have accepted. Please read each clause carefully, as these define your legal rights and responsibilities.

Our platform is fully licensed and operates in compliance with international betting regulations. We believe transparency is the best policy, which is why every rule is presented clearly so you can understand them with ease.

1. Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To create an account and use the betting services on the European T10 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.
• You must be a resident of a country or region where online betting is legally permitted.
• Each person may open one account only. If multiple accounts are created, all accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.

If we detect fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend your account without prior notice. If you are cleared following an investigation, your account will be reactivated.

3. Betting Rules & Conditions

Please familiarise yourself with the rules below before placing bets on European T10. Betting with accurate information makes for a better experience.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• European T10 reserves the right to void any bet recorded at incorrect odds.
• Accounts will be reviewed if suspicious betting patterns are detected.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

European T10 supports multiple payment methods for fast, secure transactions on the platform. Choose whichever option works best for you.

• Deposit: Deposits start from a minimum of BDT 500. Most transactions are processed instantly.
• Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000. Processing may take 24–72 hours.
• KYC verification is mandatory for withdrawals.
• The name on the withdrawal method must match the name used when making deposits.
• Promotional bonuses cannot be withdrawn without meeting the wagering requirements.
• We reserve the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in the event of suspicious activity.

• Any bonus not used within the specified time period will be automatically cancelled.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• European T10 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

• VIP tier is determined based on monthly betting volume and activity on the platform.
• VIP members enjoy higher withdrawal limits and faster processing times.
• A dedicated account manager is available exclusively for the highest-tier VIP members.
• VIP points can be redeemed for special rewards, cashback, and free bets.
• Members will be notified by email 30 days in advance of any VIP tier downgrade.

7. Responsible Gaming Policy

European T10 believes betting should be a source of entertainment, not addiction. We place the highest importance on responsible gaming and provide our members with a range of tools to help them stay in control.

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Loss Limit: Betting will be automatically stopped once you reach a specified loss limit.

8. Intellectual Property & Content Policy

All content on the European T10 platform — including logos, graphics, software, text, and other materials — is protected under our intellectual property rights. Using, reproducing, or distributing this content without permission is strictly prohibited.

• Content from the platform may not be copied and used on other websites.
• Written permission is required to use the European T10 brand name or logo for any commercial purpose.
• Hacking, decompiling, or reverse engineering the platform's software or technology is prohibited.

9. Account Closure & Restrictions

European T10 may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Registering with false or fraudulent information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Abusive behaviour toward other users or staff.

You may request account closure at any time. The process will be completed within 7 business days of your request, and any outstanding balance will be refunded.

10. Dispute Resolution & Legal Framework

If you have any concerns or complaints, please contact our customer support team in the first instance. Most issues can be resolved directly through discussion.

• An initial response will be provided within 48 hours of receiving your complaint.
• Complex matters may take up to 14 business days to resolve.
• If the matter remains unresolved, it will be settled through an international gaming arbitration body.
• These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with international betting laws.
